for women

Click here to register for our Spring study, The Armor of God, by Priscilla Shirer. For a full description of the study, see below.

Through the study of God’s Word, women build close relationships with one another over the year through sharing, on a weekly basis, God’s transforming power in their lives. They learn together, share their wisdom AND their struggles, and pray together. God builds deep bonds of unity and trust in the process. We have found that women thrive in a multi-generational setting so all of our groups are comprised of a wide age range of women.

Groups and studies for our 2017-2018 year in ministry include:

The city of ancient Corinth was much like our own modern-day cities: a melting pot of electrifying cultural experiences to be had, along with the myriad pitfalls of spiritual depravity. Still, Paul wrote to the church of God in Corinth. Meaning God’s church is meant to thrive in any city and every circumstance in which we find ourselves. Paul’s letter is as timely as ever.

Kelly Minter will lead us through the Letter of 2 Corinthians, exploring the anchoring truths of bearing treasures in jars of clay, meeting Christ through a pressing thorn, opening wide our hearts in the midst of hurtful relationships, and what it means to embrace the lost and lonely as ministers of the new covenant. Each of us has a message to proclaim and live by: Because of Jesus the old has gone, the new has come.

Thursdays, 9:30-11:30 AM
November 30, December 7, 14
Cost: to be determined

For the last several years, we have set aside this time to prepare our hearts for the celebration of the birth of Jesus. Each year we observe this time a little differently, and each year has been a blessing to many, as we pull away from the busy-ness of the season to focus on our Messiah.

Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30 PM, Word Writers - Ephesians - $12
Thursdays, 9:30-11:30 AM, "Alive in Christ" - $15

The Armor of God, by Priscilla Shirer
Thursdays, 9:30-11:30 AM
April 19 - May 31
Cost: $25

All day, every day, an invisible war rages around us — unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of our lives. A devoted, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to us: our hearts, our minds, our marriages, our children, our relationships, our resilience, our dreams, our destiny. But his battle plan depends on catching us unaware and unarmed. If you're tired of being pushed around and caught with your guard down, this study is for you.

The Enemy always fails miserably when he meets a woman dressed for the occasion. The Armor of God, more than merely a biblical description of the believer's inventory, is an action plan for putting it on and developing a personalized strategy to secure victory.

Studies will be added as they become finalized.
